What to Bring to an Estate Sale

Bring money. We accept cash, debit and credit cards but due to the unpredictability of mobile credit card processing and proximity to cellular towers at a potentially remote venue, we recommend shoppers use cash.

Understanding the EARLY Sign-Up Process

For first-time shoppers at an Atlas Estate Sale, familiarizing oneself with the EARLY Sign-Up process can significantly enhance the experience. The Early Sign-Up sheet is made available one hour before the estate sale officially begins. This system is implemented during the first couple hours of the sale to regulate the flow of customers entering the venue, ensuring a manageable and orderly shopping environment. If you arrive after the initial sales rush, you will not be required to use the Early Sign-Up sheet for entry. Early shoppers will find the sign-up sheet located at the entrance of the venue. The sheet is key to accessing the sale during the early rush as it determines the order in which a potentially long line of customers will be allowed to enter. Once an early shopper has signed their name on the sheet they no longer need to stand in line. Approximately 10 minutes before the sale officially starts, an Atlas staffer will call out the names on the sign-up sheet and line people up for entry. The size of the venue and safety regulations will determine how many shoppers are allowed in at a time.
